About Panta & Hira

We are Panta and Hira, a couple from the hills of Nepal, bound by love for the mountains and a shared dream. For over 30 years, we walked the trails of the Himalayas, carried backpacks full of stories, and built friendships across languages and continents.

But our hearts always longed to return home, to create something rooted, quiet, and beautiful.

And so, in the peaceful town of Kirtipur, just beyond the noise of Kathmandu, we planted our dream: Bodhi Mantra Homestay. A warm, tranquil space where travelers can rest not just on their feet, but also their hearts.

Together with our brother Prakash, we have also co-founded Voyage Himalaya Treks & Tours, a sister company offering expertly guided treks across Nepal. Our experienced team of French and English speakers help guests plan everything from day hikes around Champadevi to multi-week Himalayan adventures all around Nepal.
